  • WholeHome Concierge is for anyone who wants help keeping home and daily life running smoothly. Many of our clients are aging at home, and many are family members trying to support someone they love. Some are simply busy adults who want a trusted partner to handle the details. If you are juggling home tasks, vendors, and “to-dos,” we may be a good fit.

  • Your concierge becomes your main point of contact for home and life support. They learn your priorities, help organize tasks, schedule and coordinate services, arrange handyman visits, and provide regular updates. You decide what you want help with, and your concierge works within that plan rather than taking over your life.

  • No. We are a non-medical, non-caregiving service. We do not replace doctors, nurses, home health aides, or emergency services. We focus on the practical side of living at home—repairs, errands, scheduling, coordination, check-ins, and everyday logistics—and can help connect you with appropriate medical or caregiving resources when needed.

  • There is a one-time onsite welcome visit fee and then a simple monthly membership for your chosen plan. Your membership covers your concierge, included handyman visits, coordination, and reporting. For any additional services we arrange and pay for on your behalf, you receive a clear monthly statement showing vendor charges and, depending on your plan, either a small coordination fee or no markup. There are no hidden subscriptions or surprise add-ons.

  • Yes. If you already have trusted people you like to use, we are happy to coordinate with them. If you do not, or if you need additional support, we can also connect you with providers from our preferred network where available. In our higher tier plan, you also receive access to discounted rates with select preferred vendors.

  • Yes. Life changes, and your support can change with it. If your needs shift, we revisit your plan with you and adjust services or move between plan levels with notice. Your concierge will also flag patterns they see and, with your permission, suggest changes that might make things easier.

  • We believe in earning trust, not locking people in. Most clients start with a monthly membership and can pause or change their plan with advance notice as outlined in our service agreement. We will review all terms clearly with you before you begin.
