Right to opt out of targeted advertising.  You may opt out of the use of your personal data for targeted advertising at any time using the opt-out tool on our website.

Right to non-discrimination.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not affect the quality or availability of services provided to you.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Right to appeal.  If we decline to act on your request, you have the right to appeal that decision. To appeal, contact us at info@wholehomemanager.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to appeals within 60 days and will inform you of any further recourse available to you, including the right to file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General.


9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors and is not stored on our systems.

No security measures are perfect. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by Maryland law.
