By accessing or using the WholeHome website at www.wholehomemanager.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective customers, and others who access the Site. They govern your use of the Site only. If you become a WholeHome customer, your service relationship is separately governed by the Master Services Agreement you execute with us at the time of engagement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized communications, advertising, or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use WholeHome's name, logo, trademarks, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
You may view and print individual pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

If you submit a contact form, inquiry, or request through the Site, you consent to being contacted by WholeHome in response. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship between you and WholeHome. Any engagement for services requires a separate executed Master Services Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
