Our Approach
START WITH A CONVERSATION
We begin with a short phone call to learn about you, your home, and what has been hardest to keep up with, and to see if we are a good fit.
1.
ONSITE WELCOME VISIT
Your concierge visits the home, walks the space, reviews current services, and talks through routines and priorities, then recommends the plan that fits best.
2.
3.
SET UP YOUR PLAN
We confirm your membership, schedule your first handyman visit, and organize the first tasks you want help with.
4.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Your concierge stays your steady point of contact, coordinating repairs, services, and everyday tasks, with regular updates and a monthly summary.

About Us
WholeHome Concierge started with my grandmother.
She lived alone in her house for years. I wanted her to stay there, because it was home, but helping her keep up with everything slowly took over my day. One week it was a leaking sink. The next it was a confusing bill, a missed appointment, or trying to find a reliable person to fix something basic. I was juggling work, my own life, and her needs, and it often felt like there was no simple, trustworthy place to turn.
I built WholeHome Concierge for people like her and for people like me.
If you are an older adult, this is a way to have a steady, familiar point of contact who helps with the practical side of home and daily life so you can stay independent and safe. If you are a family member or friend, it is a way to share the load with someone reliable who understands aging in place and treats your loved one with care and respect.
Every client is matched with a personal concierge who gets to know their home, routines, and preferences. We coordinate repairs, rides, groceries, and other everyday tasks, and we do it in a way that is:
Trustworthy in how we show up and communicate
Reliable in following through on details
Transparent in how services and costs are handled
My goal is simple. I want families to feel confident that someone they trust is paying attention, and I want older adults to feel supported, not managed, as they continue living in the place they call home.
